I wasn't able to keep up with Bonnie and her progress. Summer got busy. No big surprise. But Bonnie would do well, and then we went backward. She definitely was a humbling experience for me. She taught me plenty. Bonnie was with us for four months. She attended many adoption event without an success. Her shyness was very much hindering her chances. But one person was willing to see the diamond shining in the rough. She used to be the shelter manager at the Fond du Lac Humane Society. I could not have asked for a better person to adopt this dog. She gets Bonnie and Bonnie will thrive with her.
Adoption day good byes. This was a hard one for me.
